The Essential Boyfriend Shirt.

'Asos Boyfriend Shirt' £25

Is it me or is Autumn fall hitting us pretty fast? Last week I was shopping on Asos for some holiday clothes when I came across all the beautiful A/W trends we have coming our way. I have to say I am loving the duster jackets and of course the over sized Knitwear.

In the meantime I came across the 'Asos Boyfriend Shirt' and I love it! I have worn it as seen in my photos with jeans and a tote handbag for day to day activity and for a evening meal which I dressed with a cute orange skirt and heels. I love how it can be dressed up and down for different occasions. I purchased a size 12 to have extra bagginess to fit my desired look.

I'd love to hear of any different ways to style this shirt :)

It's all about white.

Although winter is my favorite fall for my wardrobe, its all about white in the summer. From white linen/tailored trousers to white lace kimonos and bikinis for the beach.
Friday night I celebrated my friends A level results, we went for a lovely meal followed by lots of wine and some dancing. As the sun was making an appearance it was a perfect event to wear my beautiful Zara tailored trousers, with a crop top and chunky necklace.

 Topshop Bardot Crop Top (£10.00)
I bought this Topshop crop early May time ready for the summer months and boy it has done me well. I have matched it with the usual Levi shorts at festivals and dressed up as seen below for nights out. A summer wardrobe essential.
Chunky Necklace (Local Vintage Shop £10.00)
 Zara Trousers (Sale Price £29.00)
Zara is one of my favourite shops to go shopping in especially when I take a trip to the bigger stores in Manchester/Liverpool. These tailored trousers I found mooching in the sales have been my best buy all season. I love the way they are styled slightly highwaisted and have pleats gathered at the top to give a more fitted and classier look. These trousers can be styled up and down to which is your more preferred style for the day.

I've found its not that easy to pick up a nice pair of white tailored trousers, if any you know of any similar feel free too share with me.

Popcorn lip scrub, music to the ears…

IMG_1168.JPGIMG_1176.JPG

A day off work is a day to do the smaller things in life which you enjoy, my day has consisted of pretty much nothing but relaxing so far except for exploring a new product my friend kindly gave to me at the weekend.
Its the product ‘Popcorn lip scrub’ £5.50 (BARGAIN ALERT) from the brand ‘Lush’, a brand in which I indulge and procrastinate away from (especially when back in university). I mean how can you not fall in love as soon as you walk through the shop doors; the smells are incredible and the colours and the shapes are beautifully eye catching.
I love the texture of the Popcorn lip scrub, its rough but applies easy to the finger to rub along your lips without having to scrub the top layer of your skin off. As well as only having to use a small dab of the finger for one use, I think this product will be in my makeup bag for a long while. Of course the taste and smell of the product is just divine (assuming you like the taste of popcorn that is). I struggle with dry lips a lot and use Vaseline on a daily basis, but as you can see on my photo, the popcorn lip scrub has made my lips silky smooth. I will definitely be using this product instead of my Vaseline for a while, a big thumbs up!
That’s me over and out for today, I have an outfit to plan for my girls night out tonight to celebrate my good friend Hannah getting into Cardiff University. I’ll be blogging again tomorrow evening with some photos of tonight’s outfit and events :)

Sparkly lights, cloudy, fairytail outfits in the wonders of Parklife Festival.

Good evening the wonderful people of the blogging world, I have decided to pick up a new hobby and start off with my own blog. As it is coming to the end of the summer I have done some wonderful activities which I am keen to share with you, starting off with Parklife.

Me and a couple of my friends attended the festival in June time and had a crazy, fun experience. We had the joys of seeing Bastille, London Grammar, Sam Smith and Disclosure perform. My favourite act of the day was the finishing act, Disclosure who did a live DJ set.
I have shared some photos with you to show you my amazing Missguided OOTD. The cute dreamy clouds co-ord was perfect for the festival season and for the events of the day.
